  1. Place Outa el Hammam

    It’s hard to miss this place in Chefchaouen, very touristy, old structure and crowded with local people selling their wears, traditional clothes, great place to drink a coffee or have lunch/dinner for an hour with family or alone. the place looks very attractive at night, local artists playing music and lot of tourists around buying handmade stuffs, the Kasbah it’s a must visit, it has a nice garden and a Museum.

  2. Ras El Maa Waterfall

    Ras El Maa is a wonderful site not far from the Medina where the water comes flows out of the mountain, where also local women come to do their washing. The sound of the water and the view of the mountain and the blue houses, such a great atmosphere.  The place quite relaxing, crowded with tourists and locals, At the waterfall there are a few creekside cafes and lots of hawkers.

    If you are energetic, there is a trail continuing beyond town up the hillside but most tourists make it to the bridge and head back.

  3. Kasbah Museum

    Visiting the Kasbah museum in Chefchaouen it’s not a must, but you won’t regret it, you get a nice view of the city from the tower. Though small, the museum helps interpret both Chefchaouen as a city as well as its history though colonial and self-rule times.

    Beautiful gardens and small museum worth the visit. It is right in the middle of the square and open during the day. Great place for pictures and be sure to look for the turtles in the garden.

  4. Chefchaouen Medina

    it’s definitely worth visiting, the old medina and blue doors are actually eye catching, beautiful blue streets with a vibrant atmosphere that doesn’t pressure you into anything, Chefchaouen Medina Known for it’s blue painted doors and walls, this is a gorgeous little town. It’s so small, that you can’t really get lost.

    Wander up and down the little alleys, and in 20 minutes you’ll discover that you’ve gone in a circle. But around every corner is a great photo opportunity.

  5. Cascades d’Akchour Waterfalls

    Akchour is about 30 minutes away by car from Chefchaouen and there are facilities and restaurants near the start of the walk, The waterfall is huge and really spectacular. the weather is always sunny and good in this area, the view is perfect, and suitable for making new adventures, but don’t forget to take precautions, wear a hat or a hood, put a sunscreen, wear comfy shoes, and bring some snacks with because this scenery and the challenging road will make you starve.
